How much does it cost?

The price to ensure your financial protection is less than you might think.  We base our pricing for your walk-through DVD-Video on the size of your home and charge an hourly fee for additional services.  Approximate pricing provided under "Services Offered."

Services Offered:
  • A DVD-Video taping starting with the outside of your home. Inside of your home every room (including the garage and basement) is taped showing all the contents. Note:  Our pricing is very affordable because we want you to use our service often to remain well-documented through the years.  For budget purpose our minimum charge is $225 for up to 1,500 sq/ft home.  For a home larger than 1,500 sq/ft, it will cost 15 cents a sq/ft.  (Example: 2,000 sq/ft home =$300). Adjustments to pricing would be due to size/possession ratio. Two copies of the DVD-Video and Data-DVD are given to the customer. 
  • Digital Photographs to record in greater detail all your collectibles, antiques, jewelry, furs, furniture, cars, boats, etc. @ a rate of $25 an hour presented on a Data-DVD. Two copies are given to the customer. 
  • Computer lessons taught at your home is available at $25 per hour.  We can teach you how to back up your computer, take pictures with your digital camera and scan receipts inorder to keep your home inventory up-to-date.
  • Expenses incurred for travel to projects more than 30 miles away from Comfort, Texas will be an additional charge.
